Anthea Williams
I build multi-stack agentic AI products and advise founders at growth-stage companies on how to build theirs.
Based in Sydney, Australia.
I have been building with AI since before the current wave. The through-line in everything I build and every engagement I take is the same question: what makes AI actually change the way a person or organisation operates, rather than running quietly in the background?
The answer is almost always the same. It is not the model. It is the structural layer underneath: what the system knows, when it knows it, how it behaves across contexts, and whether users trust it enough to rely on it. That is context architecture. It is what I design in my consulting engagements and what I have built into The Conductor and Cielo.
I work with a small number of founders at a time, on retainer or through the Context Architecture Sprint. Direct access, not a delegated team.

Context Architecture Sprint
A fixed-scope diagnostic for founders who want to understand exactly what is wrong with their AI product before committing to a longer engagement.

The Conductor
A self-serve AI operating system for individuals and teams. Platform-specific editions, constitutional layers, and bundle options.

Cielo
An AI product that helps you work out what you are genuinely skilled at and interested in, and how to build something from it that scales without trading your hours for someone else's agenda.

I write on AI product design, context architecture, agentic systems, and what it means to use AI with intention. Published on Substack.
What is context architecture?
The layer in an AI product that shapes what the system knows, when it knows it, and how that affects what users trust it to do. When it is weak, AI products feel generic even when the underlying model is capable. When it is well-designed, the product feels coherent and trustworthy.
Is this consulting or products?
Both. The consulting works with founders building AI products. The products, The Conductor and Cielo, are for individuals and teams who want the structural layer without an engagement. The consulting proves the methodology came from real product work. The products prove it is structured enough to deploy without a call.
Where should I start?
If you are building an AI product for others and it is not working the way it should, start with the Sprint or get in touch about advisory. If you want to configure your own AI tools to work better for how you think, start with The Conductor. If you are working out what you are genuinely built for, start with Cielo.
